I'm a Professional Services Consultant specialising in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and SASE, with over 10 years of experience helping organisations design, implement, and optimise secure, reliable, and scalable network environments.

My work focuses on turning complex technical requirements into practical solutions that meet business needs. I work closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand their challenges, develop solution designs, deliver implementations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

I have hands-on experience across Palo Alto Networks security platforms, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, GlobalProtect, Prisma Browser, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). My expertise extends across Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), cloud security, network segmentation, routing, switching, VPNs, and enterprise network architecture.

I also work with Prisma Access Browser (PAB) security policies, browser security controls, data protection, enterprise data profiles, and Microsoft Purview data protection capabilities. My experience includes designing and configuring security policies, developing high-level designs (HLDs), supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting complex integrations, and helping customers prepare solutions for production deployment.
